The Ladria.hr website is allowed to be used for private purposes without any fees for use, respecting the conditions and rules of use. By using the Ladria.hr web shop (online store), you undertake to comply with the stated rules and conditions.
REGISTRATION
In order to make a purchase through the Ladria.hr web shop, registration is not mandatory. If you do not want to enter the delivery address and payment method information every time during the purchase, quick registration is recommended. It is enough to enter a valid e-mail address, personal data (name, surname, address, postal code, city, telephone number) and an arbitrary password used to access the user account once. It is recommended to use a combination of characters, i.e. upper and lower case letters.
After entering these data, complete the registration by clicking on the "Registration" field. Your user account remains registered in the system, and is accessed by entering your username and password on the "Login" page. For each subsequent purchase, only login with username and password is required.
In case you have forgotten your password, on the same page, select "Lost your password?". In this location, you will leave your e-mail address with which you registered and to which the system will automatically send you a password reset link. You can later change it yourself in the account settings.
RECEIPT OF ORDERS
The goods are ordered via an electronic form. The web shop is always open for ordering and there are no working hours for orders. Orders are processed on weekdays from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. The customer needs to fill in the "Profile with basic data" for billing and delivery of the desired products, and will be notified by e-mail about the completed order.
For the product you want to buy, click "Add to cart". In the shopping cart, you can choose quantities or cancel the purchase. After you have selected the desired items, click on the shopping cart and select "Checkout". On the checkout page, fill in your information, select the delivery method, then the payment method and select "Order". Notification of a successful purchase will be sent to your e-mail address.
L'ADRIA COSMETICS doo undertakes to deliver all ordered products that are in stock at the time of delivery. If L'ADRIA COSMETICS doo is unable to deliver any of the ordered products, it will contact the customer by phone or e-mail. All other ordered products will be delivered.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The content of the www.ladria.eu online store is protected and L'ADRIA COSMETICS doo has the sole right to use it. For any commercial use of content on the www.ladria.eu pages, you must first contact the e-mail address info@ladria.eu.

Information on how to resolve consumer complaints by the merchant can be found in the "Returns and complaints" section.
The "Returns and complaints" section contains the following information and additional clarifications related to:
- information on the conditions, terms and procedure for exercising the right to unilateral termination of the contract, as well as the form for unilateral termination of the contract in accordance with Article 74, paragraph 1 of the Consumer Protection Act.
- information on the fact that the buyer is obliged to bear the costs of returning the goods in the event that he exercises his right to unilaterally terminate the contract from Article 72 of the Consumer Protection Act, i.e. on the costs of returning the goods in the event that, in the case of distance contracts, the goods cannot be returned due to their nature returned by mail in the usual way
- information about the fact that, in the event that he exercises his right to unilaterally terminate the contract from Article 72 of the Consumer Protection Act, after making a request in accordance with Article 64 or Article 70 of the Consumer Protection Act, the buyer will be obliged to pay the trader a reasonable part of the price in accordance with Article 77 paragraph 7 of the Consumer Protection Act
- information on the fact that the customer cannot use the right to unilaterally terminate the contract from Article 72 of the Consumer Protection Act in cases where, based on Article 79 of the Consumer Protection Act, this right is excluded, i.e. on the conditions under which the consumer loses the right to unilateral termination of the contract.
The seller is responsible for material defects of the goods in accordance with the relevant positive regulations.
The mechanisms for out-of-court dispute resolution are as follows: in case of a dispute between a consumer and a trader, an application can be submitted to the Court of Honor of the Croatian Chamber of Commerce, the Court of Honor of the Croatian Chamber of Crafts or a proposal for conciliation at the conciliation centers. The procedure before the courts of honor is carried out in accordance with the Rulebook on the Court of Honor at the Croatian Chamber of Commerce and the Rulebook of the Court of Honor at the Croatian Chamber of Crafts, which stipulate that the members of the councils of these courts, in addition to independent legal experts and representatives of traders, are also consumer representatives. Conciliation before conciliation centers is carried out in accordance with the provisions of the Law on Conciliation and in accordance with the Ordinance on Conciliation of the Conciliation Center.
