Payment and delivery
PAYMENT FOR GOODS
The customer undertakes to pay the ordered products with delivery costs to the seller, L'ADRIA COSMETICS doo, using one of the following payment methods:
- Borrower - in cash
- Burmese - by general payment or Internet banking
- American Express® one time
- Diners® disposable
- Visa, MasterCard® or Maestro® one time
The sales contract is concluded at the moment of receipt of payment.
If you pay in cash, you will pay your order in the exact amount in cash to the courier service employee when picking up the goods. The courier offers cash on delivery as an additional service and is therefore charged additionally.
If you pay in Burmese, after creating your order, you will receive all the necessary data for filling out the transfer order (general payment slip) to your email. Your order reserves the items and quantity. The usual payment model is 01 (payment by account), but some banks have their own markings. You can leave an order without a model number, but it is best to contact your bank if the system reports an error. Be sure to enter the order number in the call to the number (which you received in the e-mail confirming your order). This number serves to connect your payment with the order faster.
The usual time for confirming transactions between banks is a maximum of 48 hours. Ladria.hr keeps the reservation for 3 days. The reservation can be extended at your request, if you contact the administrator at info@ladria.eu . The goods are delivered after the amount has been transferred to the giro account.
The exchange of sensitive data between the system that performs the online payment and the authorization centers of card houses is performed using a network that is completely protected against unauthorized access. Your sensitive credit card information is submitted online directly to the authorization center. Ladria.hr webshop does not store data from your credit cards. Import duties, customs clearance charges, taxes and fees are not included in the item price or shipping charges. The stated costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Before purchasing, please check with the customs office what the additional costs are.
DELIVERY
The cost for all shipments within the Republic of Croatia up to EUR 40 (HRK 301) is EUR 3.50 (HRK 26.37), and for shipments over EUR 40 (HRK 301) delivery is free and without additional costs, regardless of the payment method.

With the exception of pre-sale, most products in regular sales are sent within 2 to 3 working days and delivered within 1 to 2 working days from dispatch to most destinations in Croatia (for islands and smaller towns, shipments are delivered according to the schedule of GLS ).
As a rule, received orders are processed the next working day (from Monday to Friday) and sent to the customer (recipient of the shipment) within 24 hours. The exception is promotional and seasonal periods when, due to the increased number of orders, the preparation of shipments can exceptionally take longer than 24 hours.
Transit times with GLS:
- Croatia, Slovenia, Slovakia, Austria: GLS home delivery within 2 to 4 working days
- Germany, Belgium, Netherlands: GLS home delivery within 2 to 5 working days
- Italy, Ireland: GLS home delivery within 3 to 5 working days
- Greece, France: GLS home delivery within 3 to 5 working days
- Portugal: GLS home delivery within 4 to 6 working days
Transit times depend on the courier service, are indicative and not guaranteed.
After ordering, you will receive:
- order confirmation via email, within a few minutes of order confirmation
- notification that the order has been sent by GLS via email with the shipment number, usually within 1 working day of the order confirmation (with the exception of the pre-sale period when the expected delivery time is longer)
- an announcement that the shipment will arrive at your address the next day by SMS from GLS, if you have left your mobile number

If the contents of the shipment are damaged or in any other way do not correspond to what was purchased, contact us via email at info@ladria.eu without delay.
